Your spreadsheet, complete with detailed info on each listing, will be customized based on the criteria you enter in the comment section below. In this field, please describe in your own words the type of short sale listings for which you would like to be sent info. Please be as specific as possible. A broad definition such as “all oceanfront condos in Myrtle Beach” might generate a list with HUNDREDS of listings.

You may further define the type of listing that you would like to be included. For example, you could choose to include only new short sale listings of oceanfront condos with 2 or more bedrooms in North Myrtle Beach, or detached houses in Myrtle Beach under $200,000.

Once you have received the list, you may view details and pictures for any specific listing by entering the MLS# in the "MLS Search" on my website.
