Gene was perfectly upfront with what price I should list my property. I previously listed my property with two other brokers. One simply took what I thought and put it on the multiple list. The second suggested a price so low that while it was almost sure to sell, the price would have been not much more than a 'give away.' Neither of the first two brokers contacted me until the listing agreement was about to expire. And then only to ask me to extend because 'they had an interested buyer'. When I extended the listing this 'buyer' never materialized. Gene Carter is not interested in merely listing properties He wants properties that he can list at a fair price but a price that will sell. And Gene was in regular contact with me to update me on the real estate market changes.
