For instance, you may choose to monitor all listing changes in a particular building or subdivision, or you can narrow it down to properties with a certain number of bedrooms within a building. Broad definitions such as “all oceanfront condos in Myrtle Beach” are not allowed since this type of description would generate HUNDREDS of notifications per week to your email inbox.
