My experience in the Myrtle Beach real estate market extends back to the 70’s, when I helped my father develop a condominium complex in North Myrtle Beach.
A native of nearby Hartsville, SC, I received my college education from Clemson University (Go Tigers!), graduating in 1981 with a degree in ceramic engineering. I landed my first job out of college with a Myrtle Beach electronics manufacturer, and I have called the Grand Strand home ever since.
In 1985, a personal real estate purchase piqued my interest in the industry, and I acquired my real estate salesperson license. The booming real estate market of the 80’s beckoned, and I haven't looked back!
I love meeting and working with people, and I try to bring my problem-solving engineering philosophy with me to every real estate transaction—being a successful real estate salesperson has less to do with “salesmanship” than it does with effectively utilizing experience, tools and information to find the best solution to the clients’ needs. I specialize in second home and investment properties, as well as luxury residences, with extensive knowledge of oceanfront, waterway and golf course homes and condominiums.
My wife Monica and I live in Myrtle Beach with our two young sons, Noah and Jonah, and the world’s luckiest stray dog—Dodger! I enjoy athletics, especially running, tennis and golf. Family time is spent on the beach and outdoors, attending as many of the local events and festivals (live music is a favorite!) as time allows.
